During an investigation, operation staff were observed on camera footage threatening children that they would be hit and that parents would be called as a form of redirecting them.
One infant classroom did not have the required 8 safety straps in the bucket seats utilized by the children. One infant classroom placed children in the bucket seats without securing the safety straps. This was corrected at inspection once the straps were fastened.
