Based on information gathered during investigation, staff failed to attend a child with a severe allergic reaction to milk. Staff was aware child placed a cup of milk to their lips and only removed the object, but did not rinse the child?s mouth or monitored the child for symptoms. Staff neglected to use good judgement towards the evaluation of the child and lack of communication with staff.
