- Based on the information obtained during the course of the investigation, the operation used poor judgment when they allowed children and staff to be placed in classrooms after being painted. As a result, staff became ill and it is believed that some of the infants became ill while being in care as well. After there had been complaints of the smell the infant children were moved for one day and then placed back into their classrooms.
