The operation has a small to medium sized jungle gym with two small slides attached to it. The exit to one of the slides was too close to another play structure (within 4 ft). The use zone or distance in front of the exit of a slide six feet or less needs to be at least 6ft. Photo taken. This was corrected at inspection after the jungle gym was moved farther away from the play structure, leaving the required 6ft of distancing. Photo taken.
