Two infants were sleeping in a restrictive device-a swing chair for over 15 minutes. If was found that they were in chairs at 10 am and Licensing entered the room at 10:40 am and one was sleeping. Through interviews it was found they had been in the chairs for over 15 minutes falling asleep off and on and not put into cribs. This was corrected when the children were moved to cribs.
