A caregiver was observed to use gloves while changing a diaper. The caregiver then removed the gloves and put on a new pair of gloves without washing their hands in between while assisting children with diapering/restroom break. This was corrected at inspection when it was addressed and proper handwashing procedures were followed. The director also plans to retrain staff in handwashing.
