The owner and director were unable to provide any documentation of when the vehicles used to transport children were purchased to determine whether a child safety alarm is required. The operation has a total of 6 vans used to transport and only 2 vans have child safety alarms.

Report finding
There were several ceiling tiles at the operation observed to have brown staining from possible water residue. The PreK classroom had multiple ceiling tiles/ lighting that appeared to be slowly detaching from the ceiling. The bathroom in the PreK classroom had chipped paint along floor trimming and bathroom cabinet, The playground fence had multiple loose boards or missing boards.
