The operation did not have form 4885 consumer product safety certification form available for review showing the web site has been reviewed. This was corrected at inspection when inspector sent director form 4885 by email and showed director how to access the CPSC website and check for products used in the day care. Director completed form 2885 and posted it.
A fire extinguisher for one of the trasnportation vehicles will need to be serviced as the pressure needle indicates it is discharged.
