Based upon the results from the investigation, sufficient evidence was available to support an infant was in the same group with schoolers. A total of 14 children in care in three different groups: 8 children with 1 caregiver, 1 infant with 1 caregiver and 5 children with 1 caregiver, out of these 5 children, 4 were between the ages of 4-10 and the 5th child was 16 months old. The caregiver shared they had just finished feeding the child and was taking them back to their normal class. Corrected during the inspection when the child was back to their class.
