The Operational Policies did not have the following items: Transportation Information on how to review Licensing Report and Minimum Standards online Information for contacting Local Licensing Office Preventing and Responding to Abuse and Neglect NOTE: This deficiency was corrected when the operation added the policies.
As a form of discipline, the children were placed outside of the classroom in the hallway, had to write sentences, and/or time out exceeded their age.
