During nap time the cots did not have sufficient space for the children and caregivers to walk around. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the mats were spaced out allowing there to be enough space for caregivers and children to walk around them.

One out of the five caregivers' records reviewed lacked the necessary training for the past year in the following areas: hazardous materials, building safety, allergic reactions, medication administration, emergency preparedness, and the one-hour training required for caregivers of children under 12 months. NOTE: Corrected at inspection when training hours were added from the current year.
