The childrens product certification form was expired it had not been reviewed since 10/18/2021. NOTE: This was corrected during the inspection when the director reviewed all of the recalled products on the website and posted the form signed and date with todays date.
Director's trainings were reviewed 1.5 hours of the 3 required hours of management were missing. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when director presented me with the following years training hours in which she had already exceed the 3 hours for managements by taking 6 hours in management.
