During the investigation it was found that on 10/15/2025, the parent noticed there was something wrong with her child's arm, the emergency room physician diagnosed the child with nursemaid elbow. The parent notified the director that her child?s arm was injured and required medical treatment. The director did not report the concerns to Licensing.
