Bird droppings were observed on play equipment, seating and flooring in the outdoor area. Nails were observed sticking out on the back fence and gate posing a hazard for children. Rusted metal and paint were obserevd falling from a window AC unit at child height posing a hazard. Dust and debris was obserevd on the T.V and shelving in the licensed space.
