A toilet was observed with urine in it in one of the after school rooms. A ceiling pane light cover was observed missing in the 12 to 17 month old room. In the 3 year old classroom, chemicals were observed within the reach of the children. During the inspection, the director placed lids on the trashcans, flushed the toilet with urine, and placed a lid on the tank of the toilet in the 4 year old classroom. A caregiver removed the chemicals from within the reach of the children. The ceiling pane light cover was replaced during the inspection.
