Based on the preponderance of information obtained during the investigation there is sufficient information to prove that a child had ran out of the cafeteria unsupervised and was hiding in a classroom for approximately 10 minutes. Note: Caregivers were actively looking for the child during that 10 minutes.

Infants had blankets covering the front of their cribs while taking naps. Note: Pictures were taken for the file. Blankets were removed from the sides of the cribs during my visit.
The outlet cover was observed broken in the school age classsroom. There was a hole observed in the wall of the pre-k room. Follow up 1/12/22: The door frame has been repaired. The car has been removed from the playground.The ceiling fans have been replaced and no longer wobble. The ant piles have been treated and removed.
