One classroom was observed to have a bottle of liquid hand soap a gallon size tin can of acrylic enamel (used for painting) in an unsecured cabinet that was accessible to children. NOTE: THIS WAS CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
Observed a caregiver's purse and/or personal belongings in a classroom that was accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at time of inspection.
A caregiver used a sponge containing cleaning agent chemicals to wipe a child's face which caused burns to child's face and required medical attention.
