Based on evidence obtained during a DFPS investigation, it was determined that a caregiver yelled at children as a form of discipline. A caregiver put her pointer finger in a child?s face and instructed the child to stop crying. A caregiver put her head face to face with a child as a form of discipline to get the child to listen.
Based on evidence obtained during a DFPS investigation, caregivers observed physical abuse of a child and reported the abuse to the director who took no action. The caregivers also did not report the abuse.
