Report finding
An infant was left in a restrictive device for more then 15 minutes. During my walk through an infant was in a swing at 1:26pm. I completed another walk through and the same infant was in the same swing at 1:46pm. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the infant from the swing.
