Evidence supports through video footage revealed that caregivers were using personal cell phones while supervising the children in their care. This has been corrected by the operation putting procedures in place to ensure compliance is maintained. Policies and procedures were shared with all caregivers.

Investigation documentation provided information that shows a child was strapped into a chair during most of his day in care. This restriction limited his opportunity to engage in activities that encouraged movement. This has been corrected due to the operation removing the tables and booster seats that have straps.
