Operation video footage demonstrated an operation staff member push a child down on their head making child fall/sit on their cot. Operation video footage demonstrated a staff member pulling the mat from beneath a child, causing the child to slip off. Operation video footage demonstrated an operation staff member grab a child by one ankle and one wrist and flipping child around on their cot.
