Based on the information gathered there was enough evidence that children were always getting the water on the playground in high temperatures when it was necessary and were often told to wait when thirsty or hot until it was water time.

Report finding
There were tears in two different diaper changing mats. This was corrected at the time of the inspection by the Director covering the tears with duct tape.
As Licensing entered the building there were two 5 year old children in an open cafeteria style room alone. The caregiver walked to an automobile and returned about 1 minute after Licensing walked in. This was corrected at the time of the inspection by the caregiver returning inside the building and to the open room.
