During the motoring inspection it was observed that there was a (approx) 10 ft tall shelf in one of the toddler classes that was not mounted to the wall and if pulled on created a tipping hazard.
A 3 year old child was observed sitting in a high chair for time-out. The child was removed from the high chair during the inspection and went back to their classroom.
