The active play area on the 2-4 year old playground area did not have adequate loose-fill. The play structure in this area is large enough to require loose-fill. The loose-fill was found to average around 3" instead of meeting the 6" requirement.

There were holes in the fence that fences off the unused pool. There was a large catapiller tunnel in the infant play yard that is broken. There is a car shaped stucture in the play yard that needs repair. The elevated play structure in the prek play yard is non-compliant and has multiple section that are unusable. There are also trapeze hand rings that need removed on this structure.
