In review of staff records, 6 staff did not have proof of training in administering medication, and food allergies available for review. Four staff did not have proof of training in disposing of hazardous materials available for review. Two staff did not have proof of training in emergency preparedness available for review.
The water temperature at one of the boys restrooms was too hot during inspection, however this was corrected during my visit when the water temperature was adjusted to a comfortable temperature.
Two children were seen sitting inside a bucket swing being pushed by a caregiver. The children were sitting back to back inside the bucket swing with no straps to protect them from falling forward. Manufacturers instructions were not available for verification of proper use.
