A set of knives, two bottles of cleaning supplies were found in the kitchen cabinets accessible to children in care.These were removed and stored in an area out of reach of the children in care. The cat food and water bowl was on the dining room floor accessible to the children in care. These were removed and stored in an area out of reach of the children in care. Toothpaste tube was on the bathroom counter and shampoo bottles were on the bathtub in the bathroom used by children in care. These were removed and stored out of reach of the children in care. The yard was found to have the following items not fenced or out of reach of the children in care: 2 push lawn mowers, a riding lawn mower, equipment supplies, rakes, shovels, hoe, debris stored on backside of shed, on the side of the shed, and inside a black short trailer, fire starter liquid was on BBQ pit shelf, shed door had staples protruding from where some frames have come off, and a camper on the ground with items on top of it.
