In classrooms for toddlers there was paint peeling off the wall at children's reach and an exposed wall under a sink that was open and exposed water pipes were visible. This was corrected during inspection, a board panel was replaced to cover that area. In the preschool classroom, there were 4 nap time mats that were torn, they were replaced during inspection.
