Report finding
There were areas in the backyard that poses a risk to the children. The back gate was not secured, was leaning and had exposed nails. The provider has until Friday april 10th to correct the unsecured fence, however the nails were corrected during the inspection. There was a small rocker car with springs that had a metal bar that was exposed presenting a tripping hazards. There were entrapment hazards in the gate where children could place a limb and become injured. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider removed the hazards, and covered the entrapment hazards by adding mulch to the areas.
