All cleaning spray bottled were found labeled and stored out of the reach of children. First aid kit, suntan lotion and bug sprays were also stored in cabinets. The spray disenfectant was not removed from the unlocked teacher drawer in the prek room.

The fence gate off the back playground leading to the field would not latch all the way, had fire ants in the latch, and the fence was leaning. The red fire truck on the back playground had a warped board causing a possible trip or entrapment hazard. The fence gate between the two playgrounds was broken on the bottom of the gate exposing sharp metal.
