Report finding
3 outlets were observed without safety covers in the center. The toilet in the restroom was observed to have urine on the seat and smelled of urine. An unlocked cabinet accessible to children in care in the pre-k room contained a first aid kit. The First aid kit contained burn cream and Antacids. An unlocked cabinet accessible to children in care in the toddler room contained scissors and a screw driver. The operation removed all hazardous items from the cabinets, replaced plug covers, and sanitized the toilet bringing the operation into compliance.
