There is a protruding circular piece of metal in the rock area of the older playground and a covered water pipe full of water in a portion of the playground where children have to pass through to get to the back playground. Children can lift the lid and have access to the standing water.
A caregiver was observed pulling a child by the leg twice while they were sitting outside to bring the child closer to the caregiver. The second time, the child fell backwards, hitting their head on the ground. The same caregiver was observed pulling a child by their clothing and pushing them away from an object while on the playground.

A second caregiver was observed carrying a child right below their wrists to another caregiver while on the playground.
