During interviews conducted by Child Care Regulation during this investigation, a parent stated that some caregivers use the back patio to smoke, and a staff member explained that caregivers use the covered exterior porch area located just outside the operation?s rear exit to use vaporizers. This porch/patio area is not an area used by children in care at the operation.
