During an investigation it was found that one caregiver had 11 children who are 18 months to 2 years old. The specified age group for the class is 22 months. The specified age group allows the one caregiver to have only 9 children. The classroom was out of ratio by 2 children, which was corrected when a second teacher came into the classroom.
