They stated they did not know. When asked about the age of the oldest. Both pointed to the same child. One said the child was 5yrs old and the other said the child was either 8yr or 9yrs. NOTE: The ages of children present were 2yrs to 8yrs old. The caregivers did not have information avialable to show the ages of each child in care. One caregiver stated the paperwork available was not updated.

During the inspection, a child was observed standing in the hall and refusing to go in the nap room. After unsuccussful attempts to get the child into the classroom, the caregiver left the child in the hall with no further interaction. The child could not be seen by either caregiver and stayed in the hall for approximately 20 minutes. The director was observed to make attempts to placed the child in the room but was unsuccessful as well. There were multiple time were the child was left unsupervised including one time where the director walked past the child to go to the kitcen Another child was observed running out of the room before the caregiver got up to return the child to the room. While speaking with the director, a child left the room unspervised and was found in the hall by the director. The child stated they wanted water. The director explained they could not leave without permission and returned the child to the group. One child was observed lying down and trying to sleep on a table. Two children were running around and ran into each other and fell on top of another child. Neither caregiver present intervened in any of these observations.
