The diaper changing station in the infant and toddler rooms had visible holes in them. This was corrected at inspection when the diaper changing mats were replaced.
During a follow up inspection, the overlapping structures were removed on the school age playground. However, the use zone of the swing and play structure on the Toddler playground were still overlapping.
