During the walk through I observed a caregiver leaving the younger toddler classroom to wash children's hands. The classroom had two caregivers with thirteen children. The specified age group was tweny-one months and the ratio was one to nine. The caregiver was observed taking one child at a time to wash there hands, leaving the other caregiver by herself with twelve children. The caregiver was observed doing this two times before i intervened. This was corrected during the inspection when i informed the caregiver that she was leaving the other teacher out of ratio. A third caregiver stepped in and helped the children was there hands.
