On the small playground there was a tote with electrical cords and a tool where the children can reach, there was also a piece of wood laying against the fence that could fall on children. There were pieces of wood stacked on the infant play area and the stairs were blocked with wooden raised flower boxes and stools that could fall on children. There was a greed rug hug over the railing of the stairs. The director was able to remove these items from the playground.
