While walking the playground it was noticed that the bottom of the fence that borders the busy street is pulling up. Little orange pegs were put to keep it down but they are not holding. It was noticed there is a big gap in the gate. The gap is big enough that a preschooler could fit through. Through out the school age and preschool playground patches of the black tarp are pulled and have become tripping hazards.

The gates to the a/c units on each of the playgrounds did not have anything to prevent children from opening the gate and having access to the a/c units. Two gate that open up to the school age playground that leads to the parking lot did not have anything to prevent children from opening the gate and escaping to the parking lot. Children have access to two laundry rooms that contain cleaning products. In the Pre-K class and in the school age building there is not a lock or child proof cover on the door to prevent children's access to the water heater. Grass was observed growing in the loose fill on the toddler playground which makes the loose fill surfacing non resilient if a child were to fall.
