Evidence gathered during this investigation shows that the operation is in violation of this standard. Evidence gathered during this investigation shows 4 children under the age of 5 were playing in an outside open area that is unfenced.
A caregiver in the infant room was supervising 6 infants alone with the ages of 0-9 months. This was corrected at inspection when the 2 infants were moved to another room bringing the operation into compliance.
