During the investigation inspection it was found that an incident occurred when a child was scratched in the face by another child and the caregiver available to intervene, did not intervene in time as they were sweeping. This was corrected at inspection when caregivers expressed what to do better in situations moving forward and positive classroom management was observed at inspection.
