Based on the preponderance of evidence gathered, there is sufficient evidence to determine deficiencies related to this investigation regarding supervision. Children were seen engaging in different activities which included a child wandering in the classroom with no direction for an activity, children pulling, kicking, hitting, hopping on each other?s back while the caregiver answered the classroom telephone and when the caregiver was attending to other children sitting around the table with her back to the other children in the classroom. The caregiver was not able to intervene when necessary to ensure the children kicking and hitting each other ceased as the caregiver's back was to the children.
