Napping mats were not labeled with the children's names or assigned number and were not marked so that the napping side can be distinguish from the floor side. Note: During inspection, provider sanitized and labeled mats by numbers and posted an assignment list. Provider also sent an employee to purchase additional mats, a total of 8 mats were purchased.
