Report finding
Based on the information received from a DFPS investigation, staff did not ensure that a Scentsy warmer was out of reach of children.
The caregiver has taken a training on playground safety and supervision. The director also had a meeting with the caregiver and other staff to ensure that caregivers do a count after exiting the playground and lining the children along the fence and putting a name to face while counting. Caregivers also page on their walkie talkies their final count when back inside of the classroom. The admin at the front desk has a count for each classroom and are able to verify.
