During the walkthrough of the home I observed cleaning supplies in an unlocked cabinent in the restroom accessible to children, I oberved a BIC lighter and candle on a shelf above the toilet. In the backyard I observed 2 water tables with standing water a toy wheelbarrow with standing water, I observed a broken fence board. I also observed a dead garden snake on the patio as well as a hook hanging from a gate that could possibly cause a hanging hazard. A can of off spray on a table I observed a filing cabinet tip when opened.
