While reviewing camera video footage, a caregiver was observed to throw toys at, thus striking two children in care with the thrown toys, was observed to have grabbed and moved a child by their hair, and was observed aggressively push another child's head down. These three incidents were found to have occurred in a seven-minute timeframe.
