During an inspection I observed a baby sleeping in a bassinet type bed on top of a baby lounger pillow, wearing a bib and having a pacifier string/clip attached to the baby's clothes. The pillow was removed along with the bib and picifier clip. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.
