A Review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2024 data from January 22, 2025, revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2024 by January 15, 2025, as required.
During the inspection it was found that the caregivers were using the Brightwell App and it was not showing the children's general mood, their summary of daily activites and the proper amount of diaper changes. The Director is going to correct this by starting to use a paper form of the infant daily report and sending copies of the reports to Licensing by the compliance date.
