It was found during the inspection the operation allowed an individual to have access to the children in care before receiving notice from CBCU regarding the person's eligibility. This was corrected during the inspection by sending the caregiver home.

During the inspection 2 pair of sharp scissors were observed on a table that was accessible to a walking infant. This was corrected during the inspection when a caregiver placed both pair of scissors in a place inaccessible to the children in the classroom.
A stump from a tree left was projecting from the ground causing a tripping hazard on the 0-2 yer old's playground. This was corrected during the inspection when the director placed a sandtable over the stump.
