During inspection, the operation was found over the capacity allowed on the license/permit. The operation's total capacity is for 40 children. During inspection, there were 60 children in care. Therefore, the operation was over the capacity by 20 children. This was corrected at inspection after director called parents to pick up some children to lower the total number of children in care to under 40 children. Additional children were picked up by parents before closing time.
