Higher concern: Supervision
Report finding
A caregiver was responsible for supervising two groups in different areas of the operation. This caregiver was directly supervising a group in the bathroom while the other group was in the cafeteria farther down the hallway. Additionally, a caregiver was observed on the blacktop area when there were children around a corner from where she was. Finally, multiple children were seen behind an HVAC unit by the building and the caregiver did not have a clear view of them. In these instances, the caregivers physical proximity to the children prevented the caregiver from being able to immediately intervene if a situation arose and it was necessary.
